In 2018, recognizing his potential, Jay assumed the role of supervising work crews and overseeing large-scale projects. His journey within Prime has equipped him with extensive expertise across a spectrum of specialized services, including crane services, millwright services, the development of technical lift systems, and intricate rigging solutions, among others.
